Why do the the Al-Qaeda in north Africa keep attacking our US embies and sending money to aid Iraqi terror?

Yesterday, the US air force had to bomb Somalia two more times to get rid of some more Al-Qaeda. You'd think that will all of the billions of dollars in foreign aid that we send to Africa would make the Somalians and Algerians a little more grateful. But instead, they spit in our faces by attacking our embies and sending money to Iraq to build more bombs to kill us.
