My lil girl (7 1/2 months) has her front tooth coming in and didnt eat much today?

well ever since you seen the red mark didn't you think "oh let me go get her checked out" obviously not that should of been the first thing to do when you saw it. she doesn't want to eat because her teeth hurts put orajel on her gums so it wont hurt her as much or give her a teether and freeze it for her so she can sooth her teeth herself and if it's not her teeth then take her to the dr. but more likely because shes teething
