Stepsons mother lets him drink beer....what can custodial parents do?

If the child is not in your physical custody when he drinks beer, than the only way you could get into trouble is if you knew it was going to happen and did nothing to prevent it. My advice is to petition family court to remove visitation rights to the mother or at the very least request that the visits be supervised.
