Question abt Home theatre and Xbox 360..?

The 360 premium doesn't have HDMI output, so you won't be able to use HDMI with it. However, the picture quality would be the same with the component cables anyway (some argue better, but I'll stay out of that one). You can, however, get an optical cable for the sound if you have optical in on your Panasonic system. (I couldn't find specs for that model number you listed). If your system supports optical, you need an optical toslink cable. So, you'd connect your XBox video w/ the component cables, and you'd attach an optical cable from the back of the video cable connector on the xbox to the optical in on your HT box. Hope this helps!
