Normal Pap Smear with possible signs of infection.?

i recently went to planned parenthood to get a pap and i got the results back as normal but with possible signs of infection. Its Saturday and i cannot call and its frustrating. They also included a paper on bacterial vaginosis. Does anyone have experience with planned parenthood and this? They didnt say exactly what sort of infection might "possibly" be present. I went in a few days later because i thought i was getting a UTI. I had the symptoms for 2 days and then they disappeared and planned parenthoods test for a uti was negative i had pressure on my bladder and a pulling sensation when i finished peeing. but there was never any pain or burning. I have no discharge, itch or smell...my does feel kind of acidic tho. Could BV be the cause to all of this? I recently became ually active after 3 years and had a slip up with a condom so I also had to get a morning after pill. Maybe that? I dont know... im really confused so any help would be appreciated
