PLEASE IM BEGGING FOR ADVICE, I was stranded in the woods 3 weeks ago, my dad drove up and saved me, he died 8

days later, he 55 it was a sudden mive heart attack but he complained he felt ill earlier, I have 2 sisters really hurting from this (so am I) heres the issue i had west nile that turned to meningitus and i got over that the day before my dad ped, now Im sick again many symptoms and they dont know what i have (but between the rashes and fever somethings going on), I need to wait 2 days and be studyied by infectious diseases. I have a sick feeling although Im only 26 i may not make it through whatever is going on but i didnt tell anyone how sick I am, how the hell do i do this to my sisters???? Im thinking say nothing and write out some letters incase? I dont know what would you do? Its too late now my dad was cremated but i have a feeling maybe he had this????
