Can't reinstall Symantec Endpoint Protection?

I installed the Symantec soft-wear 4 months ago. About 2 weeks ago by mistake I uninsulated it, and now when trying to download the soft-wear again it downloads to the last part, and the green bar after a short time rolls back, saying to reset computer which I did many times. Could something be still running because I can't find it?
