Does a 2007 Chevy Avalanche have a fuel pressure regulator? If so, where is it located?

I am having trouble with low fuel pressure in my avalanche and I want to rule out all cheaper possibilities before replacing the fuel pump. I have found instructions on how to test the regulator to see if it is working, but I just cannot find information on where the regulator is located.
