Republicans where is your logic!? Democrats Have you noticed this!?

Hey genius Congress sets the Budget, not the President, he only gets to p or veto it(and makes suggestions of what he will p). Guess who has been running Congress for the last few years. so who should be blamed for the faltering economy? Congress sets the State Budgets, the Governor only signs or vetoes them as well. As to Cali a lot of their problems come from the great welfare society. So much of their budget is set in stone because the VOTERS that I blame them.
