Same type of dream for 2 years!?

My mother has had the same dream for almost 2 years now. In the dream she is lost and cant find a way out in what she thinks is Albany new york. The dream does not accrue every night but its always the same concept. After having these dreams she wakes feeling exhausted and sore. What could this mean?
