Is the Sony PS3 better than the Xbox 360?

I'm gonna save up for one and i dont know which one, ps3 has the ratchet and clank games (360 doesnt) and 360 has halo (ps3 doesnt) I would LOVE an answer from someone who has both (even tho nearly nobody does) please dont say one just cause youve had one for awhile. please answer honestly this means ALOT to me.
