17 weeks pregnant and just had first midwife app.?

Okay so this is my second pregnancy, i had my son 13 months ago and am currently 17 weeks pregnant.With my first pregnancy i was diagnosed with pregnancy hypertension and was constantly monitored for pre eclampsia, As i have a history of high blood pressure and an extreamly high heart rate i have opted for a c-section, as i had a 38 hr labor which resulted in him being ventouse and hemorrhaging after wards loosing 1.5l of blood. They seem skeptical to give me one or not and think i am just traumatized and counseling will get me over this and i should be able to go threw natural which to be honest i do not want to do.My point is dont you think with my history they would be a bit more lenient with me and let me go for a c section?
