Why did the Undertaker raise the lights twice in his match with Diesel at WrestleMania XII? He never did that!

Other than WrestleMania XII, Undertaker has never raised the lights twice. I liked the way he brought up the light the 2nd time. He's in the ring and he's telling Paul Bearer to move away fro taking off his tie so he can turn on the lights again. I like the way he does it that time. Was this to add further chills in Big Daddy Cool Diesel, or was this because of an error in the lighting room. Because the first time Undertaker brought up the lights, they weren't completely on and then he gets into the center of the ring and turn them on completely. What do u think of the story is behind that?
