What is the song people did the " Call" dance to back in the 90's?

I'm trying to remember the song all the clubs played in the early - mid 90's and the dance you did to it was called the " Call." There are about 10 postings of this question with answers. I looked up all the songs that are in the answers and none are the song I'm thinking of. Nothing I can find in online music shops with the word in it is the right song!!! It is not G. Love, or All Saints or Elephant Man and its not the song Gyrate. Perhaps it was a local thing? We heard this all the time in Maryland clubs. It is rare that a song will stump me for this long but I'm at a loss. PLEASE someone be my hero and help me out!! THANK YOU!!!!
