Glands are organs that secrete hormones or fluids. Golgi bodies are organelles that help with secretion. It thus stands to reason that there are more golgi bodies in the salivary glands, because more golgi bodies in the cells = more secretion = tissues like salivary glands do their job of secreting salivary amylase more effectively.
