I would like opinions?

I have a huge crush on my boss, He's older and I really don't know the attraction, It's not because he's authority figure because I have other bosses there but I know there is something between us, It's just one of those things when you just know, I don't go out of my way to hit on him but I get all flustered and nervous and hot when he's around. He flirts with me back also. This is my first experience in this situation and I would like to know opinions.
