How do i make my own website or blog .?

Hi .! i am ginn . i am 17 and a junior in school , i am trying too make my own website so that i can sell jewelry . I make jewelry of all sorts . They are awesome pieces .! (: & i would love too start selling them . I make hemp necklaces with beads & braclets & beaded necklaces & braclets , anklets and moree .! Can sumone help me figure this out please .?
