Am I entitled to my money back?

I bought a laptop from tesco and took it back,tesco will not repair it you will get a replacement,either more expensive,or a cheaper one,with a refund of the difference.with another twelve months guarantee. You must have the reciept. Also you need to get something to say that it has been changed, and the new model on it, so as if you wish you can insure it, for breakdowns, when it comes out of warranty. Tesco operate a twentyeight day money back policy,but you should go to consumer rights ,or citizens advise if in uk, As tesco dont change like for like,and it breaks consumer law. My acer does not get hot,but charger gets warm they all do.DONT USE COMPUTER IT IS DANGEROUS I will never buy electrical stuff from tesco again good luck
